Cleavers, Calendula, and Goldenrod are traditionally used to support natural cleansing and a feeling of flow, while Nettle and Sencha offer mineral-rich nourishment and a soft, steady lift. Coltsfoot and Hyssop are long associated with maintaining clear, open breathing, and Holy Basil is valued for promoting calm focus. Cornflower and Black Locust add a subtle floral note, evoking warmth, freshness, and new beginnings.

Ingredients
Cleavers (Galium aparine), Calendula (Calendula officinalis), Goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea), Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica), Sencha Green Tea (Camellia sinensis), Coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara), Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis), Holy Basil/Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), Cornflower (Centaurea cyanus), Black Locust Flowers (Robinia pseudoacacia).
All ingredients are dried herbs. No additives or flavourings.
Suggested Use
- Use 1–2 tsp per cup
- Water at 90–95°C (gentle boil)
- Steep 5–10 minutes, covered
- Enjoy in the morning for a bright, refreshing start
