Ingredients
Ginger root (Zingiber officinale), Clove (Syzygium aromaticum), Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), Star anise (Illicium verum), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), Orange peel (Citrus sinensis), Rosehip (Rosa canina), Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Elderberry (Sambucus nigra).
All ingredients are dried herbs and spices. No additives or flavourings.
Suggested Use
- Add 1–2 teaspoons of the blend to a small saucepan with a lid, then add 1 cup of water.
- Bring to a gentle boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, cover, and let it steep for 8–12 hours or overnight. - Reheat gently when ready to drink.
- Strain, then add honey to taste.
