All our products are made in small batches on premises where allergens are handled.

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

- Product ingredients are listed on each product page
- Batch variations may occur as products are handcrafted
1.6 Allergen Information
Our products are made on premises where herbs, nuts, seeds, and spices are handled. If you have allergies, please review product descriptions carefully and contact us if you have concerns.

Our herbal products are food products or cosmetic preparations for external use. All descriptions refer to traditional herbal use and general wellbeing, not medical properties. 2. Prices and Payment
2.1 Pricing
- All prices are listed in British Pounds (£ GBP)
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed
2.2 Payment
We accept payment by:
- Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
Payment is processed securely through Global Payments.
2.3 Payment Security
Your payment details are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
3. Ordering Process
3.1 How to Order
- Browse our shop and add items to your cart
- Review your cart and proceed to checkout
- Enter your delivery and payment details
- Review your order and confirm purchase
- You will receive an email confirmation
3.2 Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successful, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive it within 10 minutes.
3.3 Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your products.
3.4 Out of Stock Items
If an item becomes out of stock after you’ve ordered:
- We will contact you by email or phone
- You can choose a substitute product or receive a full refund
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery Area
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
We cannot ship internationally at this time.
4.2 Delivery Method
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Standard Delivery.
4.3 Delivery Cost
- Standard Delivery: £6.00 (flat rate for all UK orders)
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
4.4 Delivery Timescales
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days
- Delivery time: 1-3 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail
- Total time: Allow 2-5 working days from order placement to delivery
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, postal delays)
- We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail
4.5 Tracking
Royal Mail tracking information may be available. We will email you tracking details once your order is dispatched.
4.6 Delivery Issues
If your order:
- Doesn’t arrive within 5 working days: Contact us at mila@herballea.co.uk
- Arrives damaged: Take photos and contact us within 48 hours
- Is incorrect: Contact us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement
We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed by Royal Mail after dispatch, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.
5. Cancellations
5.1 Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
To cancel:
- Email us at mila@herballea.co.uk with your order number
- Include “CANCEL ORDER” in the subject line
If your order has already been dispatched, you cannot cancel it, but you may be eligible for a refund under our Returns policy (see Section 6).
5.2 Right to Cancel Under Distance Selling Regulations
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for unopened, sealed products only (see Section 6 for details).
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Our Returns Policy
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons:
We cannot accept returns of opened herbal teas, bath salts, vinegars, or other consumable/cosmetic products.
This is in line with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which exempts sealed goods that become unsuitable for return once unsealed due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
6.2 Unopened Returns
You may return unopened, sealed products within 14 days of receipt, provided:
- Products are in original, unopened condition
- Original packaging is intact
- You contact us first to arrange the return
To arrange a return:
- Email us at mila@herballea.co.uk within 14 days of receipt
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our return authorization email
- Send the product back to:

- Include a note with your order number
Return shipping costs:
- You are responsible for return postage costs
- We recommend using tracked delivery
- We are not responsible for items lost in return transit
6.3 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved: We will refund the product cost (minus original delivery charge)
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet our returns criteria.
6.4 Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product arrives:
- Damaged in transit
- Faulty or defective
- Incorrect (wrong product sent)
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will:
- Offer a replacement (if available), or
- Issue a full refund including delivery charges
In these cases, we will cover return postage costs.
6.5 Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened herbal teas (due to food safety)
- Used bath salts or cosmetic products (due to hygiene)
- Opened vinegars or syrups (due to contamination risk)
- Products without original packaging
7. Your Consumer Rights (UK)
7.1 Consumer Rights Act 2015
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including:
- The right to receive products that are as described
- The right to receive products of satisfactory quality
- The right to receive products that are fit for purpose
7.2 If Something Goes Wrong
If you believe your consumer rights have been breached, contact us at mila@herballea.co.uk and we will work to resolve the issue.
You can also contact Citizens Advice or Trading Standards for further guidance.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Product Use
Our products are traditional herbal preparations. You are responsible for:
- Reading product safety information before use
- Consulting a healthcare professional if you have medical concerns
- Discontinuing use if you experience adverse reactions
8.2 Allergies
While we provide allergen information, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from allergens. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.
8.3 Liability Cap
To the extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the value of your order
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
- We are not liable for issues caused by misuse of products
This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We collect, use, and store your data in compliance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including:
- Product names and descriptions
- Images and photography
- Herballea branding and logo
- Website design and layout
is owned by or licensed to Herballea and protected by UK intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
